What is included in the price?
Cleaning at the end of the stay, Wifi, fully equipped apartment including towels and bed sheets, electricity and other charges.
Monthly prices include biweekly cleaning
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards via Stripe and bank transfer payment. All with receipts or/and invoices.
Can I get a full refund?
For reservations for more than a month we will refund 100% if you cancel one month before check-in. For shorter reservations we have a 5 day cancellation policy.
Is the check-in time limited?
Apartments with self check-in have flexible check-in times. Properties we hand over personally have limited check-in times till 22:00.
